My app is stuck on the video page. What should I do?

If you find this happens, follow these steps:

  1. Close the app.
  2. Double-click the home button to bring up the app menu at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Touch and hold the QVC icon until it begins to shake.
  4. Click the 'X' on the icon to remove the app (this just closes it, it won't uninstall it).
  5. Re-open the app.
