Are Customer Care still available if I have an issue?
Yes, the health and welfare of our passionate and committed team members is our top priority; therefore following social distancing guidelines, our customer care teams are operating with reduced numbers and you may experience slightly longer waiting times if trying to contact us. We have also temporarily reduced our Customer Care opening hours, closing at 10:30 pm daily and reopening from 7 am.
