Are there any delays with collections/deliveries?

We have been made aware of slight delays with Royal Mail services of around 2 - 3 working days.
Whilst we do not directly ship your order with Royal Mail, the last mile of its journey is completed by them, so you may experience a slight delay in your delivery.
All orders with a Hermes shipping method are running smoothly and are on schedule to be delivered when promised. You can find the latest tracking information in your email confirmation.
All collections are running on time, however, if you are waiting to receive a returns barcode, the letter coming via Royal Mail may be slightly delayed. Please don't worry, if the courier calls to collect your parcel and you haven't yet received your letter, as they will attempt three times. You do not need to rearrange a collection.

Please note: If you are returning an order via Royal Mail, you may also experience a 2-3 day delay in your parcel reaching our warehouse. Please don't worry, as we have extended our Money Back Guarantee to 60 days so your refund or replacement will be actioned as usual, when it is back with us.
