Is it going to take longer for me to get a response to my Customer Care query?

As we are sure you would agree, the health and welfare of our passionate and committed team members is our top priority; therefore following social distancing guidelines, our customer care teams are operating with reduced numbers and you may experience slightly longer waiting times if trying to contact us. Just to advise, we have temporarily reduced our opening hours, closing at 10:30 pm daily and reopening from 7 am.  

At this moment in time, we are unable to answer any enquiries by email; this won't be forever, and we ask for your support by 'self-serving' wherever possible, using our online Q&A section or by calling our automated Customer Care line on 0800 53 43 33.

If you still need to contact us, we ask that you only do so for urgent enquiries. Rest assured, we are working hard to serve you in the way you would expect.
