I’m not able to submit my order online as it states my card has declined. Why?

From Monday 30th March we have gone live with Real Time Authorisation on our website. This is a system that will let you know immediately if your card has authorised or declined (similar to shopping in any supermarket or high street store).  If your credit/debit card should decline your order will not be successfully placed.
 
You can use an alternative card to submit your order or you may need to contact your card issuer to resolve the issue.
 
If the credit/debit card you are using is authorised, your order will be placed as normal and you will receive your order confirmation.
