Why am I directed to the US when I call the Order Line?

 QVCUK is part of a larger family, Qurate Retail Group and we’ve joined together with our Order Service team members in QVC-US to ensure we continue to look after the health and wellbeing of our people, whilst we are operating with a reduced team.

In the UK we have alternative ways our customer can shop - online @ qvcuk.com or via our automated ordering system Q-cut – 0800 52 42 32. By joining together with our US team members we can also continue to serve our very loyal ‘non digital’ customers who rely on our Contact Centre to shop. 

Please note: Our US order process does slightly differ, so you may be required to provide extra membership and full payment details that would usual auto populate if you were speaking to a UK team member.
