I’ve lost my customer number, what do I do?

You can find your customer number on your membership card/letter (this would have been sent to you when you first joined QVC), or this can always be found on a previous invoice.

If you're using our website you only need your email address and password to log in. Once logged in you can place orders online and you'll be able to use My account to check your order history and update any personal details.
