I’ve lost my customer number, what do I do?

You'll find your customer number on your membership card/letter (this would have been sent to you when you first joined QVC), or you'll find it on a previous invoice. You can also 'contact us' and a representative will verify your membership by asking you to confirm your security questions, and provide your membership details. If you're using our website you only need your email address and password to log in. Once logged in, you'll be able to use My account and place orders.
