My item is broken, what should I do?
We do try our very best to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. However, if an item is received damaged or does develop a fault please contact us by phone or email, so we can assist you with any trouble shooting or the next steps to take.
If you are returning items on which you have saved personal information (e.g. photos, emails etc. on laptops, cameras or other electrical devices), you must erase this information completely before sending the item back to us.
