How will I know if my order has gone through?
If we have your email address then you will receive confirmation your order has been placed. If you do not have an email address on file or have not received an email confirmation you can check your order online by logging into My account and selecting 'Order Status'.
You can also call our Quick Check line on Freephone 0800 53 43 33 to hear the status of your order. You can select to hear your most recent order or enter a specific item or order number. Alternatively, you can contact us via phone or email and our Customer Care team will be happy to provide an update on your order.
